Refund and Returns Policy

Hey, Starseed! We get it. Sometimes you grab a size that doesn’t work or simply don’t love what you ordered. We’re happy to assist! We’ll breakdown our return/exchange policy for you:

• You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return your item (unused/undamaged) to receive full credit to your original form of payment. Items returned after 30 days cannot be processed. Please note: Astrology Aesthetic does not offer price adjustments.
• Give our team 10 business days after we receive the package for your item to be processed. Once this process is complete, you will receive an email stating the credit has been applied to your card, or an explanation for a rejected return. If you don’t hear from us, please send a follow-up email!
• If you receive an item with any defects, misprints, or the wrong product, email us within 30 days so we can get a replacement or return processed.
• Items ordered between November 25th and December 25th are eligible for return or exchange within 45 calendar days of delivery, as long as they meet the same conditions above.
